Preparing overnight oats the night before saves you time in the morning, making it a great option for busy morning schedules.

- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if required)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other nut milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
METHOD In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir well to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and become soft. In the morning, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and stir the mixture well. Top with fresh berries and serve cold.
