Beetroot Cardio Juice
Combining beetroot, celery, ginger and apple into a juice makes for a nutrient-packed drink that can help support a healthy heart and overall well-being.

Beetroots are a great source of nitrates, which have been shown to improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and increasing blood flow. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and can help with digestion. Celery is high in antioxidants and is also anti-inflammatory. Apples are high in fibre and contain important vitamins and minerals. Combining these ingredients into a juice makes for a nutrient-packed drink that can help support a healthy heart and overall wellbeing.
- 2 medium-sized fresh red beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, chopped
- 1 cucumber
- 1 head of celery, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
Add the chopped beetroot, ginger, celery, and apple to a juicer.
Pour and store in an airtight, glass container in the fridge. Serve juice into a glass as required.
Note: You can adjust the amount of each ingredient to your taste.
