Choc Raspberry Silken Tofu Pots
This is the easiest dessert to whip up when time is short and you’re after something mildly healthy and delish. Just 3 ingredients, 5 minutes prep, and you’re ready to go!

INGREDIENTS
🌱 300g organic silken tofu
🌱 80g melted 85%+ dark chocolate
🌱 1 tbsp maple syrup, agave or honey
🌱 Fresh raspberries, mint and dark chocolate to garnish
METHOD
🌱 Begin to melt the chocolate over a bain-marie – bring some water to boil in a medium size pan, place a glass/ceramic bowl over the top, break up the chocolate and the allow the heat/steam from the pan to melt the chocolate
🌱 Add the melted chocolate, maple syrup/agave/honey and silken tofu to a food processor and blitz until everything is mixed through
🌱 Decant the mixture into 2-3 small ramekin dishes
🌱 Place in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving
🌱 Serve with fresh raspberries, mint and some dark chocolate shavings
